At Christ Centered Lawn & Landscaping Inc., we uphold high standards of quality and professionalism and we expect the same commitment from you. To ensure consistency and excellence in our service, please adhere to the following guidelines:
COMPANY EXPECTATIONS & GUIDELINES
JOB DUTIES 01.
All crew members are responsible for completing required tasks at each job site. This includes but is not limited to: mowing, weed eating, edging, trimming, blowing sidewalks/driveways/porches, closing gates, etc.
TRANSPORTATION 02.
All crew members are required to arrange their own transportation to the shop and be on time or communicate otherwise.
ATTIRE 03.
Christ Centered Lawn shirts will be issued after a short probationary period upon hiring.
EQUIPMENT 04.
Please remember you are using someone else’s equipment and vehicle. Please be mindful to treat them with care. Normal wear and tear is to be expected; negligent care may result in financial responsibility.
PAY 05.
All crew members will be set up on a direct deposit system for payment. If you have any questions or concerns, please talk to Allan.
FEEDBACK 06.
Embrace feedback from clients and supervisors (this could include a crew leader and owners) as an opportunity for improvement. Address any concerns promptly and professionally.
PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATION 07.
As a representative of Christ Centered Lawn and Landscaping Inc., your behavior and appearance should reflect our company’s values. Maintain a professional demeanor and attitude at all times, treating clients and their homes with respect and courtesy. Foul language is off-putting and can be offensive.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT 08.
We prioritize team bonding through faith and community, hosting a weekly Breakfast Bible Study every Friday morning. We hope to foster meaningful relationships and spiritual growth within the company.
Occasionally we will also have team building activities, additional training, or other fellowship opportunities outside of normal work hours.
Participation is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
